The Mist // La Niebla

Mist holds an incredible amount of symbolism. And to say that we are in the mist, surrounded by the mist, is a perfect metaphor for this season of life. Mist blurs our vision and our perception of reality. When we're enveloped in mist, we can't see clearly. It can be frustrating to be in the mist when all we want to do is to be able to see what's coming next, for the sunshine to come through and brighten the path ahead of us.

The mist is a transition period. It hides that which will soon be understood beneath a thin veil. We just can't see what it is hiding yet because it is not quite ready to be understood; maybe it will never be fully understood, at least on a rational level. As we're surrounded by it, the mist impregnates our mind and spirit so that our thoughts can eventually blossom. We are reminded that we will soon find clarity on some level, in some way.

Can you allow the mystery of the mist to become a gentle reminder of the divine? Can you accept that there are things you just aren't ready to know yet? Can you let go and be right here, right now?

La niebla tiene una increíble cantidad de simbolismo. Y decir que estamos en la niebla, rodeados por la niebla, es una metáfora perfecta para esta época de la vida. La niebla empaña nuestra visión y nuestra percepción de la realidad. Cuando estamos envueltos en niebla, no podemos ver con claridad. Puede ser frustrante estar en la niebla cuando todo lo que queremos hacer es poder ver lo que viene después, para que la luz del sol llegue e ilumine el camino que tenemos por delante.

La niebla es un período de transición. Oculta lo que pronto se entenderá debajo de un velo delgado. Simplemente no podemos ver lo que está ocultando todavía, porque no está listo para ser entendido; tal vez nunca se entienda completamente, al menos en un nivel racional. A medida que nos rodea, la niebla impregna nuestra mente y espíritu para que nuestros pensamientos eventualmente puedan florecer. Se nos recuerda que pronto encontraremos claridad en algún nivel, de alguna manera.

Puedes permitir que el misterio de la niebla se convierta en un suave recordatorio de lo divino? Puedes aceptar que hay cosas que aún no estás listo para conocer? Puedes relajarte y estar aquí y ahora?
