GUIDED MEDITATIONS

The practice of meditation helps to slow down our breathing to calm our nervous system and let stagnant emotions flow to process aspects in our lives that limit us. Being able to meditate in community helps us be present with ourselves and with the energy of others. We offer guided meditation sessions to help you connect with the present and live more consciously.

SONOTHERAPY

Sound Therapy and Chakra Balance. This therapy promotes deep harmony between body and mind, helping to reduce stress, balance emotions and restore vital energy. Studies show that sound frequencies stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting states of calm and mental clarity. Through bowls, vibrational instruments and energy healing techniques, blockages are released and the chakras are balanced. The session combines sound, energy and guided meditation to induce deep relaxation and comprehensive well-being.
