YOGA CLASSES
From restorative and active practices to more dynamic sessions adapted to all levels of experience. The practice of yoga helps us to be able to inhabit our body in a more conscious way and to be able to live more presently. In the space you can practice 3 different types of yoga; Katonah Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Our certified instructors guide participants in exploring the mind-body connection.

MEDITATION SESSIONS
The practice of meditation helps to slow down our breathing to calm our nervous system and let stagnant emotions flow to process aspects in our lives that limit us. Being able to meditate in community helps us be present with ourselves and with the energy of others. We offer guided meditation sessions to help you connect with the present and live more consciously.

DANCE CLASSES
Reconnect with your body through a movement practice. It doesn't matter if you have experience or have never danced before, our courses will give you the opportunity to explore the art of movement with refined technique and personalized attention. We offer two dance classes; Mom & Baby Dance and Ballet for Adults.

FITNESS CLASSES
Fitness classes are designed to increase your heart rate, activate different muscle groups and be able to better control your breathing. These classes include Fire&Flow, Hypopressive and Pilates. All teachers have years of experience and are trained to guide you in the practice that best suits your body.

TRIAL CLASS
We give you a trial class so you can see if you like any of our Yoga classes. This practice has changed our lives and we are very fond of it.
