YOGA CLASSES

KATONAH YOGA®
In Katonah classes you will experience a blend of Taoist theory, sacred geometry, the use of metaphors, the incorporation of props, and prompts for how to use your imagination to better connect your mind, body, and breath. The three principles of Katonah Yoga are repetition, pattern, and polarity. Throughout class you will be continually invited to mediate the polarities of left and right, forward and back, top and bottom, and in the center, you will find your implicit self, your soul.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY | 7:00 AM

HATHA YOGA
Yoga for the Spine is a class designed for people of all ages and experience levels who wish to improve the health and well-being of the spine. These sessions focus on exercises and postures that strengthen, align and make the spine more flexible, relieving pain and accumulated tension, promoting better posture
and overall back health.
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY | 5:30 PM

VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga type: breathing and movement go hand in hand. It is ideal if you want to work on strength and flexibility and at the same time free your mind from the noise of the day. The idea with these classes is that you not only come to move, but also that you leave lighter, more present. That's why we always end with a small gift: sounds of bowls and rain sticks, to help you let go and truly rest.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY | 7:30 PM
