We must remember that people are good.
That we are wired for compassion and kindness.
Self-preservation is only one of our three basic instincts.
And although we all have a drive to keep ourselves alive,
we also have a drive to keep our larger communities safe.
When you feel the stress and anxiety taking over,
take a step back, take a deep breath.
We are all in this together.
