Makes 2 servings
❏ 2 cups strawberries
❏ 1½ oz. vegan dark chocolate (we used Trader Joe's Fair Trade Organic 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate)
1. Rinse strawberries. Cut off the stems and cut each strawberry in eighths. Place the strawberries, spread out, on a large plate.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces the size of quarters and place in a small, microwave safe cup. Heat the chocolate in 20 second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval to prevent burning. Once fully melted, drizzle over strawberries. *For a thinner chocolate coating, option to add coconut oil to your chocolate mixture before microwaving.
3. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
