How we use it: This is the one oil that we use every single day, and we use it in a variety of different ways because we use multiple On Guard products. Our favorite ways to use On Guard products are:
1. Mixing 4-5 drops of the oil blend in water to diffuse.
2. Rubbing a couple drops of the oil blend on the bottoms of our feet when we start to feel under the weather.
3. Mixing 1 drop of the oil blend in 4 oz of water to take internally when sick.
4. Brushing our teeth with On Guard toothpaste every night!
5. Swishing with the mouthwash every night before bed.
6. Using the hand soap each time we wash our hands.
7. Spritzing our hands with the hand sanitizer when we're out and about (especially when flying).
8. Cleaning our home with the cleaning solution (this always seems to last forever because it takes so little of it to mix with water to make a great cleaning product)!
9. Popping a soft-gel as an extra immune boost or whenever we're out of the country and are trying to avoid getting food poisoning or parasites.
